Short journal covering a couple of private shoots I've done recently~
I prefer these a lot more than at-con shooting, it's less stressful and often times the photos are better simply because, well, they're not taken at a convention center. Also lack of sleep and food for everyone involved tend to be significantly less. >->

Julia in Sun Shang Xiang! This was before its debut at Fanime with her awesome Dynasty Warriors group. We shot at a local reservoir, a park area surrounding a manmade lake. Her outfit was really well-done, and the arrow was a real one too. *o*

FIFA!England shoot at a track in Golden Gate Park~
There were random joggers and a running team doing practice around the perimeter, but we had the grassy area all to ourselves. This shoot was a little difficult because of the harsh sun, but it was good practice working in this lighting condition.

Thank you to the many new watchers, I'm glad you like my work and am always flattered to have people interested in my photos. I get nervous about submitting things here, but then again that kind of defeats the purpose of having followers in the first place, doesn't it?;;
I went back home to Hawaii for the past month and just returned to SF, my internet connection was really bad so DA activity slowed immensely. Looks like everyone's been super busy making awesome cosplays and taking amazing photos, can't wait to go through all these deviations and journals.

And thank you to everyone I've worked with so far for having enough confidence in me to collaborate at shoots, the fact that you trust me to come up with worthwhile photos means a lot. Reminder again that asking me for more of your photos will probably get you photos (now that it's summer and I have a little more time), so don't be afraid to ask. Seriously. If you want to know if there are more available, or leftover candids, send me a note please.

Going location scouting in a few hours, hopefully I'll find a good place for a shoot next week without having to break into somewhere illegally. Haha...;;;
